Using human shampoo is not a good idea for small pets rats. He is deprived of its oil on the body natural and economic. If the baby toiletries, nothing would be the best option.
Best shampoo I use small animal veterinarian. It is $ 6 (I live in Hawaii and is much more expensive, so you're probably not much) and is very sweet. It smells very pleasant, although the rats probably think that it stinks.
