Not a big up all the Zuma / Mbeki race leadership of the ANC, but I do not understand why they do that, for half of a word? Say. Deadline for Mbeki?

Basically, this would not be a problem if South Africa was not involved in the state.
It would be like any other party presidential elections.
But we all know that the ANC win the next election and thus the struggle between Zuma and Mbeki for South Africa's presidency.
If you think this is sling mud, waiting for the next elections after Zuma has affected all remaining cream and put up his supporters in positions of power promised.
