Side dishes for Pecan crusted pork tenderloin w/red wine mushroom cream sauce? - the pecan atlanta

I cook one of my favorite recipes for special guests. It is a pork tenderloin with walnut-cream sauce with mushrooms crusted red wine (gladly share if) prompted. Would a couple of simple parts to complete the meal suggestions?

To start Caesar Sa'id and oven roasted potatoes (olive oil, seasoned with salt and pepper, then roast in a heavy frying pan to oven and check with the meat crispy) Put. I think those simple dishes that go well with their sound rich and delicious dish. I Serve with my roast pork crusted with herbs, green pepper. Sometimes the roasted asparagus. Roll cool, brush the dry spears in melted butter or oil with 1 / 2 crumbs, mix 1 / 2 Parmesan cheese. Put the cooking in the oven until the meat is soft enough to pierce with a fork.

Steamed vegetables (broccoli, asparagus, etc.) and maybe a rice pilaf or mashed potatoes with garlic.
