Large Frying Pan Where Did I Go Wrong With My Bubble And Squeak?

Where did I go wrong with my bubble and squeak? - large frying pan

I had some leftover cabbage Sunday. I boiled potatoes and chopped onion, tense, and added, cabbage, then mashed together. About an hour later, I give Heat a small amount of oil in a large pan, mash them and get on a high heat, stirring occasionally for about 25 minutes. A large part of the steam is released and is now mixing and hairdryer. The ferry was getting burned and the house smelled of burnt (still), but the bubble and squeak, or even color. I think I remember when my mother cooked, slightly crunchy brown.
Suggestions?
Better yet, to any offer to cook me real?

1 Fat inadequate
Insufficient Heat 2
3 excessive movement

I _think_, RE # 2? "Heated" is not what you here. "Made is so hot, he was limping, rather.

You do not want to withdraw - you want to take the pieces with a spatula and flip it.

The BBC has a series of recipes to try for Bubble and Squeak Cakes "--

but they also try to search the bubble and Squeak all your recipes. Their training in Hamburg a little easier to get the look crispy brown. The same as cold and dry, so potaotes much better cooked than justice.

And ... and boiled onions? Ick. JumpingD next time!

And I have a few. I sent the tickets.

The answer is the Pope spend some happy hours, the cold refrigerator is best, just a little mashed, add olive oil or butter in the pan, where the PAN is slightly smoking, add the ingredients, the sealing of the outer layers, then go deep and gently cook until golden brown. Yummy!

They do not run enough, if you are sure to B & S again to make sure your cold before cooking .......... Make sure the oil is hot, place the vegetables then Maseda. Let the puree in a large pot, but you must continue to go back into the pan .. This process takes water and grinding on the floor .... arranged for the Council on a plate in the pan, also down and wait for Brown (very little oil put fudge) ant the bush ... Treatment works every time you kill me!

Hamburg's small kitchen and cook them like pancakes are easier to control.

I love B & S --
I think they are probably not enough fat to cook usually fried in butter or margarine instead of oil. I hope you will absorb a little oil and heat, rather than roast.
If you can have the mixture into cakes and fry them separately in an amount of hot butter oil, the better results.
Try to resist the agitation, only a piece of fish, turning to ensure that it forms a skin, then fried.
Good luck with your next attempt.
