I also have the same problem. I think that I is a convenience check from my account by credit card, send a card (I 0% for balance transfers and checks are). Of course, it would take longer, but I suppose if you do not allow the transfer of the balance of what I do, and you will strike. It is true that there is no cost to offset transfers and convenience checks, but still much better, 28% in April outrageous that Dell wants to pay. You need to get an advance (dearly) and the balance of Dell.
BillPay allows you to pay by credit card, but will not transfer fee balance. The purchase of a regular.
